Our Mission

Our focus is on those horses most in need in the numerous kill pens that surround us. Specifically those horses whose illness or injury has created an unacceptable quality of life. Those horses will be bailed from the pen, provided a time of comfort and affection before being escorted to the next phase of their journey. Our second focus is to help those horses who are in worse condition than the average kill pen resident.

Current Rescues

Prima came to us severely underweight and with severe respiratory issues. After several months of treatment, she is well on the way to recovery and will soon be available for adoption! Email us for more information on this wonderful mare.

Tallulah

Tallulah came to us recently in very poor shape. She suffered from severe pneumonia, underweight and generally neglected. She is recovering from all her ailments quite well!

Rainbow Cases

Unfortunately, not all cases have a happy ending. Some of the horses we pull are in such bad shape they can't be saved. We cannot, however, let them to continue to suffer in the horrible conditions they are in. We bring these guys home, give them some comfort, love, good feed and attention before allowing them to peacefully transition over the Rainbow Bridge.
